Matt has practiced law in Kapiti since 1985 and has experienced and been a part of the growth of this fantastic area of New Zealand. Matt's areas of expertise are asset planning and protection, business and commercial transactions (with a special focus on small to medium businesses), property transactions, relationship property and estates.
Matt is experienced in the wide range of legal matters which present themselves to lawyers in small practices. Matt has prided himself in developing good long term relationship with clients and is proactive and solution focused.

Paula has been working with Matthew for the last 13 years and has a good understanding of the day to day business and personal needs of our clients. Paula's position in the Company is CEO and manages the day to day running of the business. Paula also works in the area of conveyancing including Sales, Purchases and Refinance.

Sally returned from Canada with her husband to join the team after spending seven years living and working in Canada. Sally is working in the areas of Trusts, Wills & Powers of Attorney, Estates, Conveyancing and Relationship Property.
Sally has a particular interest in law for Senior Citizens and would like to make the legal process for Seniors as stress free as possible.
Lisa Forde - Registered Legal Executive
Lisa joined the team in March 2008 to take up the position of our Legal Executive. Lisa is working in the areas of Conveyancing, including Sales, Purchases and Refinances and is an asset to our business providing our clients with great service.
